He's great! I can see why he says on his site that he likes to bring out the best in others...it's very encouraging and special to be POTD! Yours was very well deserved!
Sorry I don't follow. I must have missed previous posts, but I wanted to say, I signed up for the priority notification of Boomer Tales as I'm a boomer and can't wait to read it. Do you have a blurb somewhere to read about it? Also I'm sure you've heard of BoomerWomen: http://www.boomerwomenspeak.com/ A good place for you, if you haven't already contacted them.
No, Gutsy writer, I did not hear about that particular website. Thanks for signing up for the book and I will check boomerwomenspeak.com. Thanks for dropping by my little blog. Elizabeth
Hi Elizabeth! Thank you for visiting the Question of the Day (QOTD) and alerting me about the POTD. I had no idea what the POTD was! After a little googling I figured it out. Thanks!
A collection of short stories about the Boomer Generation. Along with the book on Amazon, we will be releasing for Amazon's Kindle, eReaders, Blackberrys, Treos and iPhones too!

OH MAN! I HATE POSTING “ABOUT ME”, (no… seriously… I really do.)
I’M AN author, a designer, and a proud mother of five. I have FOUR grandsons, and a baby granddaughter.
INSPIRATION for my fiction comes from many sources: life experiences, (duh!), various individuals (young and old) that I have loved, hated, envied, supported, tolerated, respected, cherished, and observed through the years, as well as the many beautiful places and homes that I’ve visited, and the not-so-beautiful places and homes that I’ve visited, music, the great outdoors and the animal kingdom, to name a few. Growing older may endow a writer with insight, wisdom, and judiciousness, if the writer is willing to listen to the grand lessons and call upon all her strength to push her obstinate ego aside. Ideas come in sparks or bolts, while driving in the car, falling asleep, doing laundry, or staring at the blank computer screen.
I RESIDE in the wine country between Orange County and San Diego with my astonishingly artistic husband, (see blog design to affirm!), and three eternally loyal doggies.
